Helen is the Founder of Happy and Childless, a coaching business which incorporates a podcast, blog and free connections app for childless not by choice men and women. In 2021, she gave up her corporate career to focus fully on supporting this community. She is now offering coaching to other childless people and businesses with an emphasis on moving forward and creating a fulfilling life with purpose and contentment. Helen is not happy because she is childless, she's happy despite being childless.
Through personal experience and through successfully navigating her way through the challenges, Helen is fully committed to offering support and coaching to individuals, employees and employers.
